I AM A WOMAN

I am a woman

I birth nations and craft dynasties

I don’t need to be ornamented in rubies to know that

I am more precious than diamonds

I stand with mhead held high; fearless, unashamed in the light for I know that

I am heaven’s child

I am daughter of the King, Most high

I was born a princess

I am mother of empires

I am the empress, not just the expression but the truest expression of the worth of a woman

The worth of this woman,

You see, when Gid made a man, He gave him land, power and dominion over everything he put in his hands yet he was still lacking.

So he created a woman to fill the need.

You see, Eve wasn’t made to ride in the back seat.

She wasn’t pulled out of the rib to be a side piece

But to rule beside he

For he needed the queen to crown the king and make his world complete

You see man wasn’t meant to be alone

God made your heart his home

So please don’t grow weary when it’s cold and you have no one to hold

For the God that created you made you so he knows you,

Down to the very last hair on your head

So how much more can he know that you desire someone thold you at night in your bed?

Just be patient, your time is coming.

Know yourself, whether you’re dark and lovely or light and beauty,

You’re reverently and wonderfully made

That means you’re royal by spirit not by your name

Love your hair, whether it’s as smooth as silk or coiled like aspring

You have purpose and that cannot be taken away

By any mistake,

Whether by accident or on purpose, know someone died in your place so you’re completely worth it

Never still for less than you are,

When you are reverently and wonderfully made

It’s a woman’s stand so take your place among the stars

For you have a golden heart

Displace every chaff of your past even if you’re waitingthrough broken glass

For you are beautiful and wild and colorful as roses that blow in the breeze

So woman stand tall, bring yourself off your knees,

For you’ re mighty and royalty

Abuse could never steal the essence of you even if words may not heal the scars within

Know that you are beautiful

Know that you are wonderful

Know that you are powerful

For you are a woman.
