Act 1 

Church Secretary: AGCM !

Keeping the main thing !

Reaching the Unreached !

Today’s message was indeed a blessing . As we were all chastised today by Acts 13:47 . I hope we’ll send the light this week everywhere we go . 

Let’s rise and share the grace . 

 

Act 2 

James :Herh , todays sermon dier it was for me o , chale . I’ve been saved for like five years and counting I haven’t spoken to one soul po 

 

Ella : Ah you paa , so if someone didn’t preach to you would you have been saved ?  I’m better at least I went for anagkazo hour last two semesters. 

 

James : My friend my friend you and I are on the same level ( laughs) . 

 

Ella : But on a more serious note we have to start sending the light o , if we claim to be children of God we must be interested in our fathers business , which is soul winning. 

 

James : Hm , that’s very true . Ahaa we can start this Friday from our hostel . The third floor , they’ve been playing love songs from there paa . We’ll start from there . 

You’ll close lectures at five right .. Yh so we’ll go at seven . 

 

Ella : Alright I’ll see you then , I’m going to buy anointed Sobolo before it finishes . 

 

ACT 2 

Scene 1:

James : Okay this one dier we’ll do divide and conquer . There are two rooms . How do we decide which one to go into . Should we pray ?

 

Ella : Oh it’ll keep long , I’ve memorized some three scriptures er , if we don’t go now I’ll forget . Let’s do Rock Paper Scissors. 

(They do Rock Paper Scissors)

 

James : Okay I’ll go here so you go there . I’ll see in you in ten minutes 

 

Ella : Ei sharpshooter , Apostle Apostle . 

 

Scene 2:

James: ( knocks) Good evening 

 

Selina : Good evening please who is there ? 

 

  James : Please I’m Brother James from AGCM I want to have a brief discussion with you 

 

Selina : Okay please come in 

 

James: Good evening once again I hope all is well 

 

Selina : Yes Please 

 

James : I want to share a brief message about Jesus Christ . 

 

Selina : Okay you can go ahead 

 

James : So you  know , Salvation comes through only Jesus Christ . He said Himself that He has been given the authority to grant eternal life to men . He’s the way the truth and the life .

 

Selina: Yes I agree , I think that’s found in John 14:6

 

James : Wait wait ..please let me finish . So as I was saying you have to be saved . Else you’ll suffer eternal condemnation. 

 

Selina : Yh but  He atones for us with His blood and justi..

 

James :Please can you let me do what I came to do here. I came here to save your life but you keep interrupting me . ( Angrily ) 

 

Selina : It’s not like I’m interrupting you , I’m just trying to have a conversation with a fellow believer.

 

James : Please I think you’re confused. I’m saved , you’ll be saved too in a few minutes if you let me finish what I’m saying. 

 

Selina : ( Smiles and shakes head ) 

 

James : So as I was saying  , now it’s time to say the sinners prayer . Please repeat after me .

 

Selina : I’m sorry I can’t do that 

 

James : Ei you’re a stubborn unbeliever papa , you don’t want to be saved 

 

Selina : I can’t say the sinners prayers twice . I’m already saved and I belong to a church . 

 

James : You don’t understand o , me my church er there are results there o . We have Wi-Fi in our church that connects to Heaven straight. We always get answers to our prayers o . Our motto kraa is “ Where God lives “. 

 

Selina : That’s amazing but I’m  okay in my church .

 

James : You don’t want to live the higher life er, be there 

I’m going . 

 

 

Scene 3:

Ella : Good evening o

 

Swanzy : Please who’s there 

 

Ella : Please Im Ella from want to have a conversation with you about the gospel of Jesus Christ . 

 

Swanzy: Okay come in 

 

Ella : Good evening my dear , how are you doing ?(smiles broadly) 

 

Swanzy: Hmm I’m a bit exhausted I have a lot of things to do .

 

Ella : Oh I’m sorry about that . But I can help you . Ahaa, let me press your shirt for you . After I’ll fold it , then I’ll cook noodles for you . You also drink coke right ? Oh nice dont worry . 

 

(After doing everything) 

Please I’m done ( panting ), we’ll be leaving for midweek service soon . Let me rest for thirty minutes then we go . Labour hour kraa is not important like that . 

 

Swanzy : ( laughs ) you said we are going where ?

 

Ella: Midweek service . 

 

Swanzy : Ah but this lady you’re funny o .

You came to my room that you’re coming to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with me , was He a housekeeper ? You’ve come to clean clean my room Ah you’re saying I should follow you to where ? ( laughs ) Madam madam im not going anywhere with you o .

 

Ella : Oh but I ironed the shirt o .. the line can even cut your finger o Ei . Oh I beg you dier look to Jesus and follow me to church er . When we get there the pastor will preach 

 

Swanzy : I should look to which Jesus? The one you never said anything about ? Madam the door is open wai . 

 

Ella: Oh ,( as she’s walking out ) Oh so you won’t come . Sleep er 

 

 

Scene :4

( They meet outside the rooms )

Ella: Hm how did yours go ?

 

James : This floor ankasa i sense the presence of Evil Principalities enthroned in high places and wicked spirits . The unbelievers are too stubborn.  I told him to come to our church he’s telling me already has a church can you imagine ? Is their pastor  like our Oracle ? 

 

Ella : Me dier you don’t sense anything biaa . Stop with the jokes . But the guy I went to , I washed ironed and even cook for him . I almost fed him too o but I was like maybe his head will sweet him too much . After all this , he said he won’t give his life to Christ . 

This sending the light it’s not easy o .

 

James: Ei so both of us didn’t get a soul? 

( Both laugh in embarrassment)

I think our skills are rusty o . We should seek the advice of other believers . Maybe we are missing something 

 

Ella : Yh that’s true . Let’s go and ask the Missions head 

 

James : I think that’s a good idea . Let’s go 

 

Act 3 

Scene 1: 

James And Ella : Good morning Sir 

 

Missions head : Good morning how are you guys doing ?

 

James and Ella :  We are blessed and you ?

Missions head : His grace is sufficient 

 

James : Sir please we want to ask you something. In this year of sending the light , are there something’s we need to know before we go out ? 

 

Ella : As in is there a biblical pattern we must follow in spreading the gospel ? 

 

Missions head : Yes, yes most definitely. God in His infinite wisdom has given us certain guidelines.

So first of all, soul winning is Spiritual warfare . You are rescuing souls from the kingdom of Darkness.

So you should prepare as such . As you know we don’t use physical weapons. Don’t go and hold belt on anyone o. You build yourself through prayer and fasting . This helps you to align yourself more with the Holy Spirit so you can easily discern His leading and promptings. Then you enrich yourself with the Word to the extent that if anyone wants to argue with you they end up arguing with scripture. 

We also don’t force people to accept Christ , neither do we entice them . It’s the work of the Holy Spirit to convict the heart of sin . 

 

Ella : So I went to cook for the guy for nothing ow . 

 

Missions head : It’s not wrong to lend a helping hand once in a while but do it with the understanding that it’s not the good deeds that convince people to be saved . It is solely the message of the gospel and the conviction of the Spirit. 

 

James : Hm when we went we didn’t come back with any soul to service o 

 

Missions head : Oh my brother. The goal isn’t to simple drag people to church o. If you meet an unbeliever and the person gets saved , You can invite the person to church for growth and discipleship. But if the person already belongs to a church it’s enough . 

Its also good not to have a preconceived idea of anyone ..not everyone you’ll meet is unsaved . So you should allow them to also speak so you know the approach to take .

But in everything, you shouldn’t be a signpost . Make sure you’re going where you’re pointing them to . 

 

James : Thank you sir . We’ll do well to apply them to be effective soul winners . 

 

Ella : Me dier I can’t wait o , let’s go back and let me speak to the guy I met . I don’t want to lose this opportunity, I might not meet him again .
